“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find
myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I
watch with awe as it unfolds.” - Carl R. Rogers, A Way of Being

I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and that healing can occur
through the relationship. My goal is to provide a welcoming space for my clients to be authentically
themselves while allowing them the space to process their world. Every client has a unique story and experiences and therefore, I make sure to implement a personalized approach for each client.

I have experience working with adults and am passionate about serving a broad range of ages with various struggles and abilities. I utilize a person-centered approach and am open to utilizing expressive modalities in the therapeutic process that best fit the needs of my client.

I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, and teens with a variety of concerns including children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
When working with children under the age of 12, I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy providing a safe and consistent environment where your child is comfortable expressing
themselves through their natural language of play! As your child's therapist, my goal is to build a relationship with your child in which their experience is full of acceptance, empathy, and understanding. Through Child-Centered Play Therapy, your child will begin to process and understand their inner experiences and feelings. As your child's therapist, my goal is to help your child unleash their potential and move toward integration and self-enhancing ways of being.

I am additionally trained in providing Child-Parent Relationship and Child-Teacher Relationship skills to help parents and teachers continue supporting their children and students both at home and in the classroom.

In 2021, I earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business at Messiah University. I later
graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte receiving a Master’s Degree in
Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health and Play Therapy.

I moved to the Charlotte area in 2022 and have loved being here. When not working, I can be found crocheting, enjoying nature, spending time with my cats, exploring with friends, and trying new recipes.

I am excited to meet you and walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey!
