Emergency Services

Caring for yourself and for your loved ones is a 24-hour job and as part of our mission, we want to make sure you that you have access to the appropriate resources when needed.

If your need is urgent or if you are in crisis, we recommend calling a crisis line to speak with a mental health professional immediately. Please see below for a list of our community resources.

  • In the event of an emergency, go to your nearest emergency room or call 911 and ask to speak to a Crisis Team Intervention (CTI) officer.

  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. Call, text or Chat options are immediately available.

  • Behavioral Health - Atrium Health 24-Hour Help Line (704) 444-2400

  • Mecklenburg & Cabarrus 24-Hour Call Line & Mobile Crisis Services (800) 939-5911
